Delivering exceptional customer care and increasing accessibility to Sailing, Windsurfing and Paddleboarding to a wide range of clients. Teamwork is at the core of what we do and at Midland Sailing Club, we have a sizable number of volunteers as well as committed members who work with us to achieve the greatest results.

Senior Watersports Instructor

Sail Birmingham has an exciting opening for a Senior Instructor (Sailing) with the necessary qualifications as well as experience, to lead RYA courses & sessions, as well as a range of other activities. You will coordinate with the Sail Birmingham manager as well as other activity instructors to provide a great experience for the clients. When the manager is not on site, the date to day operations  of the center’s responsibilities will be taken on by the Senior Instructor.

We offer a broad range of activities, so you will need to be comfortable leading instructors qualified in sailing, wind-surfing and paddling. You will need to inspire and teach groups of youth and young adults as well as schools.

Seasonal Watersports Instructors

Are you an enthusiastic instructor for either sailing, windsurfing paddle sports or powerboating? Come join our fantasying team on a freelance basis!

You will be in charge of providing activities in order to aid adults and children of all ages and abilities to develop their skills and to ensure they have a safe, yet enjoyable time on the water.
