We are pleased to be one of the principle supporters of the Nowka Bais Bangladeshi Boat Race which is held annually at Midland Sailing Club. We run free sailing taster sessions for children and adults throughout the day, which are always popular. The event is attended by over 10,000 people mainly from the Bangladeshi community, and it’s a great opportunity to breakdown some of the barriers around sailing and widen access to the sport.
The next Nowka Bais is due to take place on Sunday 19th July 2020, and we hope that Covid-19 restrictions will be lifted by then
